What is my Tracking Number?

Your tracking number will be sent to you via email within 1–3 business days after your order has been placed. If you have not received it within 7 days. Please contact our Customer Experience Team, and we will assist you in locating your shipment.

When will I receive my order?

After processing, delivery typically takes 7–15 business days due to high demand. While many orders arrive sooner, please keep in mind that delivery times can occasionally be affected by factors beyond our control, such as carrier delays or peak shipping periods.

Every order comes with a Tracking Number, so you can monitor its progress from the moment it leaves our warehouse until it reaches your doorstep. We also provide updates along the way, giving you full visibility and peace of mind while you wait for your items.

What if I provided the wrong address?

It is the responsibility of the buyer to enter the shipping address correctly. We do our best to speed up processing and shipping times, therefore, there is a very small time gap to change the address of your order.
If you decide to change your shipping address, please write to us at support@domain.com as soon as you place your order. We will do our best to make the change; however, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to do so, as there are varying time limits within which we are able to do so.
